About Aeris

Steve is highly accomplished, results-driven and brings his extensive background in finance, operations and business management to Aeris. He’s an innovative leader and respected problem solver who believes in the concept of affordable sustainability. He loves the fact that Aeris inflatable packaging is easy to use, eco-friendly and cost-effective. Outside of work, Steve can be found volunteering and coaching sports organizations.

Jeff is the Director of MI Sales who came to Aeris after a life-long career in the music industry. During his tenure, he was able to achieve unprecedented international sales and profits because of how intimately he knew the industry. Now, he works on special projects to help develop solutions for new markets and help make Aeris the standard across the board. When he’s not in the office, Jeff loves to jam out to some classic tunes.

Alex is an Industrial Designer Manager who works in product development. Using his extensive experience in mechanical engineering, Alex works with clients to create custom designs to fit all their needs. Whether it’s sending sketches to factories or drop testing new products, quality assurance is Alex’s top priority. When he’s not making and testing samples, he can be found hiking, swimming or watching hockey with his son.

Clifford Halickman has been offering companies his considerable legal, business and financial expertise since 1990. He is a results-oriented attorney, an entrepreneurial executive, and a creative problem solver, experienced in startups, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, strategic planning, business mentoring, global business development, and brand building.
